MATERA, ITALY
Getting lost amongst the alleys, stairways and grottos, while pretending to be a young Wonder Woman. This cave-tastic town completely blew me away. Seeing the sunrise from across the canyon and revelling in the heat of the day. Watching the delightful daily parade of high-heeled women making the uphill journey from the Sassi to the new town piazzas.
