When wandering the grounds of Italy's famed Tenuta Vannulo Buffalo Mozzarella farm, one can spend an afternoon peaking in on the expert artisans skillfully pulling the cheese into spherical pillows of deliciousness. Offering up tickles and nose rubs to the buffaloes as they lounge and spritz themselves with misters. Visiting the leather workers for some BTS in leather crafting. Or filling your belly with more formaggio than should be humanly possible, but remembering to leave room for some of the creamiest and richest gelato in the realm. The owners, who should be photographed for the next Ralph Lauren ad, sent us on our way with a cooler full of mozzarella and well wishes.
