SANTA MARTA, COLOMBIA
Staying on the beaches outside the lovely town of Santa Marta for surfing, swimming and seclusion. Riding motorbikes through the windy back roads and sandy jungle corridors, then enjoying evening meals with our fellow travel mates. Ashlee taught yoga and took us on tropical forest wanders for waterfall viewing and spring soaking. Stopping at the jungle stalls and indulging in coca tea, mota brownies and exotic fruits. We were given strict instructions to not eat more than a third of the brownie; I often think of the poor rat that got into our bag and ate the whole thing.
